Planning Your Custom Plush Toy Order: A Step-by-Step Timeline for Timely Delivery

✅ From Initial Idea to Design (1–2 Days)

The customization process begins with your creativity. Whether you have a sketch or just a concept, we can help you transform it into a complete custom plush design. For creators without design experience, we provide comprehensive assistance, including free three-view design drawings and 3D mockups made with AI tools, ensuring your custom plush doll matches your expectations and gives clear direction for the sampling process.

 ✔️ If you already have a complete design, we can move directly to discussing the customization details.

✅ Sample Production (7–15 Days)

After confirming all the customization details, we will start to produce your plush toy sample. 

At this stage, we provide free sample modification and one free delivery service. 

With rich production experience, our designers will restore your design as much as possible to help you create an ideal custom plush prototype while assisting you in controlling costs reasonably.

✅ Production (15–30 Days)

Once the sample is approved, we'll start mass production. Depending on the order quantity, the production time is as follows:

  ✔️ 500 pieces or fewer: 15-20 days

  ✔️ 500-1,000 pieces: 20-25 days

  ✔️ 1,000-1,500 pieces: 25-30 days

✅ Quality Inspection (2 Days)

We will conduct manual quality inspection on all bulk goods to ensure that every plush toy meets our quality standards. The inspection includes checking embroidery details, size, stitching firmness, filling weight, cleaning of loose hair, and machine needle inspection. Our products can pass international quality certifications such as CE, CPC, EAC, ISO, etc. according to the requirements of different countries
